Enclosures for the human body as well as the objects these enclosures brush against are components of a performance-based language. The Garment Project makes use of modified apparel, which help to determine the subject’s character and define the subject’s movement. They allow the wearer to slip into a realm of fiction.

These performances explore the states of being and the relationships between mothers and daughters. There is an examination of the self-referential and recursive systems that exist at the moment of shutter depression and persist as time progresses in its linear construction.
